There is no single average price for an aesthetic treatment in London, and any figure presented as one is guesswork. What a treatment costs depends on four things: who performs it, what is being used, how much of it you need, and whether the result comes from one appointment or a course. This guide sets out our own published 2026 prices in full, so you can see how those four factors actually play out in pounds rather than in principle.
Every figure below is taken from the current Halcyon Medispa price list for our Marylebone clinic. We publish the whole list rather than a from price, because a from price tells you the cheapest item in a category and nothing about what you will actually pay.
The short answer: at our clinic a consultation is £200 with Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir or £100 with our aesthetic physician, redeemable against your treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections for one area start at £180. A single syringe of dermal filler starts at £250. A HydraFacial is £100. A course of anything is quoted as a course.

The four things that set the price
- Who performs it. A treatment delivered by a consultant plastic surgeon costs more than the same treatment delivered by an aesthetic physician or an aesthetician. On this list the gap is usually between about 20 and 50 per cent.
- What is being used. A vial of a collagen stimulator is not the same cost to a clinic as a syringe of hyaluronic acid filler, which is why Sculptra sits at £650 and a millilitre of dermal filler at £250.
- How much area is treated. One area of anti-wrinkle treatment is £180. Three areas is £300, which is less than three times the price but more than one.
- One session or a course. Anti-wrinkle injections work from a single appointment. Polynucleotides, laser hair removal and microneedling are courses, and comparing their single session price against a one session treatment tells you nothing useful.
Why the same treatment has two prices
Most of our injectable prices are listed twice, and this confuses people until it is explained. The lower figure is the price with our aesthetic physician. The higher figure is the price with Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir, our Medical Director, who is a consultant plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon.
Both are qualified to perform the treatment. The difference you are paying for is the depth of experience with complex or corrective cases, not a different product or a different technique. For a first course of anti-wrinkle injections in a straightforward area, the aesthetic physician is a sensible choice. For revision work, for a face that has had filler elsewhere that you are unhappy with, or for anything structural, the surgeon is worth the difference and we would say so at your consultation.
What a consultation costs
| Consultation with | Price | Redeemable |
|---|---|---|
| Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir, Medical Director | £200 | Yes, against your treatment |
| Aesthetic physician | £100 | Yes, against your treatment |
| Aesthetician | Free | Not applicable |
| Laser patch test | Free | Not applicable |
Consultation fees are non refundable but redeemable, which means the money comes off the cost of the treatment if you go ahead. If you do not go ahead, you have paid for a proper assessment and an honest answer, which is what it is for.
Anti-wrinkle injections and fillers
Prices below show the aesthetic physician first and Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir second.
| Anti-wrinkle treatment | Aesthetic physician | Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir |
|---|---|---|
| 1 area | £180 | £250 |
| 2 areas | £200 | £300 |
| 3 areas | £300 | £400 |
| Eyebrow lift | £180 | £200 |
| Lip flip | £200 | £250 |
| Gummy smile | £200 | £250 |
| Nefertiti neck lift | £350 | £450 |
| Masseter | £450 | £550 |
| Trapezius | £450 | £550 |
| Hyperhidrosis, underarms | £450 | £550 |
Areas for the first three rows are chosen from frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, corner of the mouth and dimpled chin. Full detail sits on the anti-wrinkle injections page.
| Filler treatment | Aesthetic physician | Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir |
|---|---|---|
| Dermal filler, 1ml | £250 | £375 |
| Signature Angel Lips | Not offered | £400 |
| Tear trough, under eyes | £400 | £550 |
| Liquid rhinoplasty, nose | £450 | £650 |
| Ellansé | £500 | £650 |
| Radiesse | £500 | £700 |
| Sculptra | £650 | £800 |
| Hyalase, dissolving filler | £350 | £450 |
Worth knowing before you compare quotes: a filler price should always tell you how much product it buys. Ours is per millilitre. A clinic quoting a lower price per treatment rather than per millilitre may be using less product, and a face that needs 2ml is not made cheaper by being given 1ml.
Skin boosters and regenerative treatments
| Treatment | Area | Aesthetic physician | Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profhilo | Face or neck | £250 | £350 |
| Profhilo | Face and neck | £300 | £400 |
| Profhilo | Décolletage | £250 | £350 |
| Polynucleotides | Face or neck, or under eye | £300 | £375 |
| Polynucleotides | Two areas | £550 | £625 |
| Baby Glow | Face or neck | £400 | £475 |
| PRP | Face or neck | £250 | £350 |
| PRP | Under eyes | £200 | £300 |
| MCT exosomes | Face or neck | £450 | £650 |
| Hair PRP | Scalp | £300 | £450 |
| MCT exosomes, hair | Scalp | £450 | £650 |
These are the treatments where the course matters most. Hair PRP and polynucleotides are not one appointment treatments, and a single session price is only the entry point to a plan that your consultation will set out.
Facials, lasers and peels
This is the part of the list where the numbers are lowest and the range is widest, from a £50 LED session to an £1,800 pigmentation programme.
| Treatment | Price | Best known for |
|---|---|---|
| HydraFacial Signature | £100 | Cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration in one appointment |
| HydraFacial Platinum | £150 | The above plus lymphatic drainage, a glysal peel and LED |
| LED light, 20 minutes | £50 | An add on rather than a standalone plan |
| Dermadrop mesotherapy | £100 | Needle free delivery of active serums |
| Fire and Ice facial | £190 | Event ready glow with no downtime |
| Aerolase laser | £250 | Redness, pigment, scarring, ingrown hair and skin tone |
| Carbon laser facial | £150 | Congestion, rough texture, dullness and superficial pigment |
| Laser toning | £100 | Uneven tone and dullness |
| Chemical peel, face | £130 | Acne, pigmentation and sun damage |
| BioRePeel | £180 | Texture and tone with minimal peeling |
| Obagi Blue Radiance peel | £180 | A brightening peel with a short recovery |
| Cosmelan peel | £1,800 | Stubborn melasma, and the price includes the prep and post care kit |
The Cosmelan figure is the one that surprises people, so it is worth saying what it buys: a full pigmentation protocol with the home care products included, run over months rather than a single appointment. Compared against a course of lasers for the same problem it is not the outlier it looks like.
Our signature facials sit between £190 and £350: the Signature Glow facial at £190, Glow and Tight and Glow and Bright at £250 each, Glow, Tight and Bright and the Halcyon Fusion facial at £290, and the Aeropeel facial, which combines laser with a tailored peel, at £350.
Microneedling, body and laser hair removal
| Treatment | Price |
|---|---|
| Dermapen microneedling, full face | £170 with our aesthetician, £270 with a doctor |
| Dermapen with serum solutions | £220 with our aesthetician, £320 with a doctor |
| Dermapen with PRP | £270 with our aesthetician, £370 with a doctor |
| RF microneedling, full face | £400 with our aesthetician, £500 with a doctor |
| RF microneedling, body, per area | £400 |
| BTL Exion body, per area | £150, two areas £285, three areas £400 |
| Endospheres, full legs | £80, buttocks and legs £100, full body £150 |
| Exion skin tightening, full face | £200, face and neck £250, eyes £100 |
| Laser hair removal, full body | £400, full face and body £500 |
Microneedling on the neck is an extra £100 on any face price. Body areas for Exion are chosen from arms, bra bulge, love handles, abdomen, outer thighs, inner thighs, front thighs, back thighs and calves.
A single session price tells you very little. Ask what the full plan costs and how many appointments it involves, at every clinic you compare.
Session price against course price
This is where most price comparisons go wrong. Some of these treatments are finished in one appointment and some are not, and the honest way to compare two clinics is to compare the total cost of the outcome you want.
| Type | How it is priced | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Anti-wrinkle injections | Per appointment, repeated roughly every three to four months | How many areas, and what does a year cost |
| Dermal filler | Per millilitre | How many millilitres, not how many syringes |
| Collagen stimulators | Per vial or syringe | How many vials the plan needs |
| Skin boosters and polynucleotides | Per session, in a course | How many sessions and how far apart |
| Laser hair removal | Per area or full body | How many sessions are typical for your hair and skin type |
| Peels and microneedling | Per session, usually a course | How many sessions before the result holds |
Why the cheapest quote is rarely the best value
We are obviously not a neutral party on this, so take it as a position rather than a fact. Corrective work costs more than doing something properly the first time, and the treatment we are asked to perform most often as a correction is dissolving filler placed badly somewhere else. On this list that costs £350, before anything is done to replace it.
When you compare London clinics, the four things worth comparing are the practitioner's qualifications and register, the product being used and how much of it, what aftercare is included, and who you see if something is not right at week two. A headline price that does not answer those questions is not really a price.
- A price with no product volume attached is the most common way a filler quote is made to look cheap.
- A consultation that is free and not redeemable sometimes means the assessment is a sales appointment.
- A course sold before an assessment is a plan written before anyone looked at your skin.
Ways to pay
We take debit card, credit card, bank transfer and Stripe, and Klarna is available if you would rather spread the cost in instalments. Klarna is the option most people ask about, so it is worth saying plainly that it is there.
Frequently asked questions
How much do aesthetic treatments cost in London?
There is no meaningful average, because the range runs from a £50 LED session to an £1,800 pigmentation programme. At Halcyon Medispa in Marylebone, anti-wrinkle injections for one area start at £180, a millilitre of dermal filler starts at £250, a HydraFacial is £100 and a consultation is £100 or £200 depending on who you see.
How much is a consultation?
£200 with Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir, our Medical Director, or £100 with our aesthetic physician. Both are non refundable but redeemable against your treatment. A consultation with our aesthetician and a laser patch test are free.
Why does the same treatment have two prices?
The lower price is with our aesthetic physician and the higher one is with Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir, a consultant plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon. The product and the technique are the same. What differs is the depth of experience, which matters most for corrective and structural work.
How much are anti-wrinkle injections?
One area is £180 with our aesthetic physician or £250 with Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir. Two areas are £200 or £300, three areas £300 or £400. Areas are chosen from frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, corner of the mouth and dimpled chin.
How much is 1ml of filler?
£250 with our aesthetic physician or £375 with Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir. Filler is priced per millilitre rather than per treatment, which is the figure to ask for when you compare clinics.
What is the cheapest treatment on the list?
A 20 minute LED light session at £50, followed by laser bleaching at £80 and Endospheres on the full legs at £80. A consultation with our aesthetician and a laser patch test are free.
Do prices include a course, or one session?
One session, unless the list says otherwise. Treatments such as polynucleotides, laser hair removal, peels and microneedling normally need a course, and your consultation will tell you how many sessions your plan involves before you commit to anything.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We take debit card, credit card, bank transfer and Stripe, and Klarna is available for spreading the cost.
Is the consultation fee taken off the treatment?
Yes. Consultation fees are redeemable against the cost of your treatment. They are not refundable if you decide not to proceed.
Why are some London clinics so much cheaper?
Usually one of three reasons: a less qualified practitioner, less product than the face needs, or a lower cost product. None of those is visible in a headline price, which is why the qualification, the volume and the aftercare are the things worth comparing.
Where can I see the full price list?
Every treatment we offer is published on the Halcyon Medispa prices page, including the two practitioner tiers, so nothing has to be requested by email.
Does Halcyon Medispa offer surgery?
Our Medical Director, Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir, is a consultant plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon, and the treatments on this price list are non surgical. Surgical questions are best answered in a consultation with him.
Prices on this page are the published Halcyon Medispa list for 2026 and are the same figures shown on our price list. They may change, and the price list is always the version that applies. For a plan and a total figure for what you actually want, book a consultation at our Marylebone clinic.
