Skinfill Bacio is a lip booster made in Italy by Promoitalia. It is hyaluronic acid, but not the cross linked kind used to build a lip shape. The hyaluronic acid in Bacio is free rather than cross linked, carried across a range of molecular weights and paired with vitamin B12, and it is supplied as two 2.5 ml syringes.
The point of it is water, not size. Lips that have gone dry, papery and finely lined get their hydration and their surface back, the border reads more clearly again, and there is a modest natural fullness that comes from tissue holding water properly rather than from anything being added to it. If what you want is visibly bigger lips, this is the wrong treatment and a lip filler is the right conversation to have.

A topical numbing cream goes on first. The product is then placed through the body of the lip and along the border in a series of small injections, and the appointment takes roughly fifteen to thirty minutes. Nothing is being sculpted, so there is no shaping step and no attempt to change the outline of your mouth.
A course is normally three sessions, two to four weeks apart. We price that course at £500 on our packages and offers page, against £199 for a single session with our aesthetic physician. Whether you need all three is a judgement made at your consultation and not a package sold in advance.
It suits lips that have lost quality rather than lips that have lost size: dry, a little crepey, with the vermilion border softening and fine lines beginning to run into it. It also suits someone who has never had an injectable in the lip at all and would rather start with hydration than with volume. If you already have filler in place and want more projection, Bacio will not give you that.
The change in how the lips feel arrives quickly, usually within a few days. Definition and surface quality build across the course, so the fair point at which to judge the result is a few weeks after the third session rather than after the first.
On duration, be careful with any single number. The distributor literature puts it somewhere between six and twelve months and says plainly that it depends on your own metabolism, so treat six to twelve as a range rather than a promise. Lips are a mobile, well supplied area and they tend to sit at the shorter end of any range.
Expect temporary redness, some swelling and the possibility of small bruises at the injection points. These generally settle within a few days. Your aftercare is given to you on the day by the practitioner who treated you, so follow that rather than a general rule found elsewhere. What each visit involves is set out in our patient journey.
